If you are within the 30 day return period we offer you 3 options:

1.Exchange, the return of the product(s) by the Customer

When the customer wishes to return a product to BNG Monde, he must send it to the address provided when confirming the return by e-mail or telephone. Please note that direct deposits of goods by the customer to this address are not accepted.

For products weighing more than 30 kg, delivered by carrier, the customer must contact BNG Monde customer service. The company can organize the return, by appointment set with the carrier designated by BNG Monde. In this case, the costs incurred by the return are the responsibility of the customer. BNG Monde will also request a financial contribution of up to 2 euros per kilo transported. The weight of the products delivered is shown on the delivery note of the package. By requesting this modality, the customer expressly accepts the deduction of this amount from the reimbursement under the withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The return must be sent without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days of the communication of its decision to withdraw.

2.Refund details and vouchers

By default, the refund method is credit note.

If you wish to receive a refund on the method of payment used during your purchase, you must notify us on the return form and a 15% inspection, warehouse and processing fee will apply.

Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect do not incur this restocking fee. Charges will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.

Only the final price paid (after any reduction) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

3.Replacement of wrong or defective item

We are really sorry! Please email us at support@bngmonde.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The description of the problem (eg wrong / defective item)
  3. A photo or video

How long does it take to get a refund?

Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounts department for processing.

 

How to return an item ?

  • Each return request must be accompanied by a  return form .
  • Please complete this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address that we will communicate to you by e-mail.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your bank
  • Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us atcontact@bngmonde.com

Delivery :

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a credit, it will correspond to the amount you paid. If you have notified that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus the restocking fee.

If you want an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.

 

Warning :

If you are shipping items over $50, we strongly suggest that you ship the product back to us with a tracking number.
